Here’s the official information he shared with us:

TRU's Germany is planning a special event for the release of the clone wars movie. They will hold a midnight madness in some of their stores. A bit different then the regular midnight madness.

The event will take place on the 25th of july 2008, in the following stores:

-Koeln Holweide,
-Nuernberg,
-Berlin Reinickendorf,
-Hamburg Eidelstedt,
-Weiterstadt
-Dortmund

In order to attend the event in the different stores, you will need to pick up an admission ticket in advance. Those tickets will be handed out for free at Tru's stores. Admission is limited to 500 guests per store.

The event will start at 10 pm that day, and everybody that comes in will receive a movie poster and is greeted by "real" Stormtroopers. If you show up in a Star Wars costume you will receive a free Holo figure as well. (Holo Grievous!?).

During the event there will be a Star Wars Quiz, a "shooting range", and you can play the latest Star Wars console games, where you can win some prices, for example, light sabers, movie tickets and more.

There will also be a costume contest. The best costume will be rewarded with a prize. A professional photographer is on site to take photos for free. Sales of the new Clone Wars toys will start at midnight.

Moving into our nineteenth year of shooting Star Wars collectibles, we pause for a moment to consider legacy. Our photography is obviously recognizable because of the blue background, but looking further back, especially after we published The Man Who Shot Luke Skywalker galleries last December, we've put our minds to offering more classic Kenner backgrounds to our galleries. Follow this link to have a look and then let us know if you'd like to continue to explore this train of thought.
Focus on the Rebelscum legacy and keep it blue.
I love the nod to Kenner's history. I'd love to see Rebelscum embrace a more colourful vision.
