This month Vader's attention turns to the individuals that tried to assassinate the Emperor. All the while a mysterious and secret assassin follows behind him looking for the best opportunity to strike. Newcomer Tim Siedell with art from Ivan Fernandez & Denis Frietas provide a creepy and exciting atmosphere to the latest tale of Darth Vader in Darth Vader & The Ninth Assassin #3.

Also available is the newest digest from The Clone Wars. The series may be over, but this issue, set during Season 4 presents Anakin and Obi-Wan at the beach. Why not? They've earned a day off! But of course, it's not as simple as resting and relaxing as Obi-Wan must bring a fugitive from his past to justice. The Smuggler's Code is a digest sized comic by Justin Aclin & artist Eduardo Ferrara.

Finally the collected Lost Tribe of the Sith series hits trade paperback today. This mini-series written by John Jackson Miller ties into the series of eBooks (also written by Miller) set thousand of years prior to A New Hope. This TPB will run you $18.99 and should be available thru local comic stores and your favorite bookstore.

And, for the fans who live in the electronic realm, the digital comics available this week at digital.darkhorse.com include: Star Wars: Darth Vader and the Ninth Assassin #3 and Star Wars Omnibus: Wild Space Volume 1.

Next September marks the twentieth anniversary of Hasbro's Kenner The Power Of The Force action figure collection. The line introduced a new generation of children to the wonderful world of Star Wars toys and ushered in the modern collectibles we all enjoy today. Our ever-inquisitive Probe Droid is actively searching all corners of the galaxy to find out if there is interest in products that commemorate this very significant 1995 release.
I'd be into a Hasbro The Lost Line style assortment
I'd love to see Gentle Giant make a Jumbo Kenner 1995 Luke Skywalker
I'm behind both of these ideas!
I got started in 1995, but I have no interest in such a concept.
It isn't for me.
