Star Wars plush toys have been around since 1977. Thirty-seven years later, we are still seeing new and innovative creations in plush form. Disney showed us five new characters being offered in stores, some which may already be found in the wild. We have a Bantha, Jawa, R2-D2 with a swiveling dome, a Tauntaun and Chewbacca.

Bantha - $19.95

Jawa - $9.95

R2-D2 - $9.95

Tauntaun - $19.95

Chewbacca - $19.95

Disney makes figurine sets for many of their films and now the Original Trilogy is getting this treatment. These are pre-posed plastic figures that come in a set of 6. There is one set to represent each of three original Star Wars films. Look for these to hit the Disney Store shelves on May the 4th!

A New Hope Figurine Set - $12.95

The Empire Strikes Back Figurine Set - $12.95

Return of the Jedi Figurine Set - $12.95

I asked if we would be seeing the Prequels represented in this figurine line and the answer was eventually, yes!
