Figure Focus: Vehicles
Posted by Curto on October 24, 2007 at 04:00 PM CST:
Hasbro trew us for a loop back at Celebration IV when they announced there would not be any more new vehicles...until these next two that is! And from what we can tell, these are worth the wait for sure. Both of these vehicles are from Revenge of the Sith, and with any luck, we'll see more of them in The Clone Wars animated series.

AT-AP
The 3-legged All Terrain-Attack Pod was spotted briefly in the film, but that too-short appearance has spawned a really cool vehicle for your Kashyyyk Troopers! Two figures will fit inside the cockpit once the hatches are swung open, while one rides on top of the vehicle, manning the cannon. In addition, there are multiple cannons mounted on the underside of the vehicle, and the legs can be positioned to different poses.

General Grievous' Starfighter
Although we never actually saw General Grievous in this ship (maybe during The Clone Wars?), it's still a unique-looking vehicle that fans have been wanting ever since Obi-Wan stole it to escape Order 66. This sleek ship has cannons that pop out from the top and sides, retractable landing gear, and a opening canopy that will fit Obi-Wan (we didn't have a Grievous to test it out on, but we're asured he will also fit inside.)
