Like something out of a dream, Rebelscum reader Doug R from Winterport, ME not only found The Vintage Collection Dack Ralter on the shelf at his local True Value, he got it for a jaw-dropping $3.99! Now, before you rush out to your local True Value, do note that the barcode wouldn't scan and when the cashier asked who we assume must have been her manager, he quickly stated "do three ninety-nine" without even looking. What can you take from this? While you may not get the same amazing price, you may find older, harder to find TVC figures at True Value. Armed with that, you should now dash off to check your local store and good luck!
