Last June, StarWars.com told us about a new Darth Plagueis novel to be written by James Luceno. If you recall, he was the Sith Lord that old Palpy had to off to gain his power. Well, sadly that book has been canceled.

According to Sue Rostoni's Blog at StarWars.com, the novel is indeed canceled. We've also confirmed this with Del Rey.

George Lucas has announced he's done making blockbuster feature films after Indiana Jones 5. He states that one of the factors that weighted heavy on the decision was the negative comments made by fans. The Probe Droid is curious what you think about that.
