KSWCC hosting its annual Fall Festival on Sept. 25
The Kentucky Star Wars Collectors Club (KSWCC)’s annual Fall Festival is slated for Saturday, Sept. 25. This year’s event is at Westwood Christian Church, 424 Wheatley Rd., Westwood, KY.
The fun and festivities begin at noon (Eastern Daylight Time). We’ll have goodies and prizes for paid membership and, of course, there will be a Star Wars swap meet, so bring anything you’d like to sell or trade. There will be games and activities for the kids, too.
Activities include:
* Build A Droid (BAD) swap meet. Bring your spare parts for trading.
* Kids activities
* Artists Scott Simmons and John Lara will have art work on display and sale
* Kenner/Hasbro photographer Kim Simmons will display his work
* Caricature artists will be on hand to draw your picture
* Custom figure/diorama contest. Open to all members. Bring figures and dios of all sizes for the contest
* Special fun raffles throughout the day. Couple of items that will be raffled off will be a C5 goody bag and a collection of C5 patches
* Door prizes
