Ah yes...everyone loves a good rumor list! While Hasbro has knocked our socks off this year with all the great figures, the McQuarrie Concept series, the Comic Packs, and some cool new vehicles, there's always more great new toys just on the horizon.
Here's a few new items that our spies have recently uncovered. As with any rumor list, nothing is official...but everything is worth speculating on!
Comic Packs
We've long known that Grand Admiral Thrawn was coming in 2008, but now we hear that he will be included in a Comic Pack. Possibly with the Spacetrooper, which may explain why that figure was pulled from the recent Saga Legends vote.
Fans of Shadows of the Empire will be pleased to know that both Princess Leia Organa and Prince Xizor are thought to be included in next year's assortment, although it's not clear if they'll be packed together or packed with 2 other characters from that storyline.
Naturally, we'll see another version of Darth Vader, but who will he be packed in with? The name is not clear, but word has it it will be an Imperial Admiral we've seen before.
Vehicles
Just in time for The Clone Wars, we hear there's a strong chance we'll see the V-19 Torrent Starfighter from the last animated series. This ship is popular among fans, and if it's included in the new series, a whole new wave of fans will be clamoring for this ship.
Another Spider Droid is said to be on the way...and it looks like it will be the bigger brother of the previously-released droid.
