While The Legacy Collection will mostly feature toys based on characters from the 6 movies in the Star Wars saga, this will also be the place to find characters from all corners of the Expanded Universe as well. Our Rebel Spies are hard at work again and they've uncovered another juicy rumor list for everyone's reading pleasure.

As always, keep in mind this is a rumor list, and not an official confirmation. More details, if there are any, will be announced at a later date. But for now, let the speculation begin!

Vector
It's the biggest Star Wars event in 2008! No, not Star Wars: The Force Unleashed video game and its. multiple tie-ins and crossovers. Not the theatrical and television debut of Star Wars: The Clone Wars either...I'm talking about "Vector", the year-long storyline running through Dark Horse Comics titles Knights of the Old Republic (KOTOR), Dark Times, Rebellion, & Legacy. For more information on the crossover event, check out this link at Dark Horse's site.

So what does this have to do with toys? I'm glad you asked! According to the rumor mill, a wave of eight figures and a couple of vehicles are reportedly coming based on this multi-issue event.

Action Figures
  • Zayne Carrick (KOTOR)
  • Celeste Morne (KOTOR)
  • Darth Vader (Dark Times)
  • Luke Skywalker (Rebellion)
  • Cade Skywalker (Legacy) *
  • Darth Krayt (Legacy)
  • Male Muur talisman holder **
  • Rakghoul (KOTOR)
  • Build-A-Figure: HK-47 (KOTOR) ***

    Vehicles
  • B-Wing Starfighter with Pilot (Rebellion) ***
  • TIE Predator with Pilot (Legacy)

    * While Cade Skywalker is already coming in a Comic Pack, word has it this is Cade Skywalker in a different outfit than what we have seen him in the series so far.

** No name has been mentioned for this character but sources say this is the gentleman we see wearing the Muur Talisman in KOTOR #25 and the guy who is on the cover for Rebellion #15

*** HK-47 is a droid from the KOTOR video game series, and not the comic book series. Since this character was a finalist in the Fans' Choice Poll way back in 2006, this could mean that Hasbro is trying to get him to fans and cross him off that finalists list. However, HK-47 is a protocol droid type, this would break the established "rule" that says waves of 8 figures would include 2 astromech droid BAFs...which is interesting.

**** Hasbro recently revealed that this would be part of an upcoming EU crossover...could this be it?

As with any rumor list, take this all with a grain of salt, because it's not official, and may just be idle speculation. But that's part of the fun of being a fan, isn't it?
