Andrew Ainsworth is a name that many prop collectors will be familiar with, but to those who don't know he is the man, whom in 1976, single-handedly created the helmets of many of the Empire's forces that we saw in Star Wars and The Empire Strikes Back. Today he has dusted off the original moulds and is re-fabricating the Hero and Stunt Trooper helmets. These helmets are made from the exact same mould as those seen on screen and are finished to the precise standards of George Lucas.
