For your viewing pleasure, here's a detailed look at the new deluxe electronic lightsaber from The Force Unleashed.

This role-playing weapon features a color-changing blade, switching from green to red. It's not known what (if any) aspect of the game this is supposed to represent, but it will enable kids of all ages to play on the side of good (green for Jedi) or bad (red for Sith).

The handle also features spring-open spikes that, by EU definition, are made of cortosis, an element that cancels out the lightsaber's blade. Used in this fashion, the blades protect the lightsaber from enemy attack!

This lightsaber also features battle-clash sounds and an activated hummming sound.
