"Hi, guys, I hadn't heard of Titanium Series Wave 3 being found yet, so I thought I'd send you a picture. I found the new wave as well as the first Titanium gift set at Wal-Mart in Hazleton, PA on Thursday. There were a ton of gift sets on the shelf for $19.97 and 2 side endcap shelf hangers labeled Titanium Series hanging up at the end of the Star Wars aisle with Titanium Wave 3 for $4.97.

No older vehicles were packed with the new ones and the ROTS vehicles were weighted slighter heavier in the assortment than the other movie vehicles. This is a smart move since all the classic trilogy vehicles from the last Titanium wave are still pegwarming at this store while all the ROTS ones are sold out. That's one reason I don't think Hasbro should be planning to release only 10-15% ROTS figures in the Saga assortments next year. ROTS is where the majority of consumer interest is right now and I doubt it will fade away that fast right after the DVD is released.

Thanks for the report Jones!

What if Hasbro were to offer a new line of larger scale figures that put a focus on screen accuracy? The Probe Droid is curious if you'd walk away from the 3 3/4" line in favour of something new that catered more to adult collectors.
I'd be willing to start from scratch.
I'd be into it only if they were super articulated.
I'd only be into it if sculpt and silhouette were the main focus.
I might get a few, but I don't think I'm ready to start something new.
I'm only interested in 3 3/4" figures.
I don't collect the Hasbro stuff.
