Here is a bit of good UK Hasbro and Lego news from Jer. Kenner/Hasbro is no longer going to distribute E1 toys exclusively through TRU (UK). The London Toy Fair is now on and Kenner/Hasbro is taking pre-orders for toys from several independant toy shop chains (The Entertainer and Toymaster being two I can name). A spokesperson for Toymaster has said that they are expecting to start stocking them late Feb/early March.
Lego will be stocking the SW sets in UK toy shops from mid March. The UK doesn't have the pre-order system that the US has so there are enough available now to be sold on the high street. Sets are expected to range in price from œ10 (US$ 16) for the Speederbike set, to œ30 (US$ 50) for the Darth Vader TIE/Y-wing set
