We're coming to you LIVE from San Diego, where Hasbro is having their presentation of what's new for Star Wars collectors in 2007, and you can share in the excitement. Keep checking this page for the latest from Comic-Con.


  • There will be more figures in the basic line. The numbering will continue up to 74. However, #s 70-74 will be exclusive to Wal-Mart.

    The Wal-Mart exclusives will be:
  • Kitik Keedk'ak
  • Labria
  • Nabrun Leids/Kabe 2-pack
  • Aurra Sing (based on the comics)
  • Mace Windu's purple Astromech Droid

    Figures for 2007 include: Mustafar Liva Miner, Airborne Clone Trooper (Utapau), McQuarrie Stormtrooper (retooled). In the first 8 waves, there will be a Ralph McQuarrie-designed figure.

  • Republic Commando boxed set: will include Scorch, Sev, Boss, Fixer, and 3 Geonosian Warriors.
  • Death Star Conference Room will include Darth Vader, Tarkin, Tagge, Motti, Yularn, Chief Bast and Officer Cass.
  • 10 figures from the Top 10 ToyFare list WILL be made into action figures in 2007.
  • The the first wave of Expanded Universe comic 2-packs will be based on the Marvel Comics color schemes.
  • New vehicles include Saesee Tiin's Jedi Starfighter, white TIE Fighter, and Vader's Sith Starfighter
  • There will be 7 collector's tins altogether, one from each film, and a Cantina Band Members set that will be exclusive to Wal-Mart. The 5 band members will include all of their instruments and will sport soft goods.
  • Artoo-Potato will not be widely distributed. So better get him if you see him!
  • The new Chewbacca & C-3PO Galactic Heroes set will include a cargo net and C-3PO will break apart into 3 pieces.
  • The new Galactic Heroes 10-packs will include a display base with each set. Each set will include an exclusive repainted figure.
  • Unleashed Battle Packs will continue in 2007. There will also be a 10-pack set with repainted figures in them.
  • Titanium Series will also continue with a large number of new vehicles, and even some from the Expanded Universe like the OUTRIDER.
  • There are more Forged Figures planned, and the line will expand to other properties as well.
  • The Titanium Ultra series has nt been doing well, and may not continue
  • Transformers will have 2 repaints this year: Darth Vader's Sith Starfighter and a Clone Wars inspired ARC-170 Fighter. There will be more in 2007.
