Ultarama "Easter Egg" Revealed
Posted by Curto on April 15, 2007 at 02:12 PM CST:
Since last week's Ultarama Challenge fell on Easter, I thought it would be fun to add an "easter egg" into the photo in honor of the holiday.

While it wasn't necessary to correctly identify this figure to be eligible for the drawing, many that submitted pegged this figure as Mork From Ork...complete with his Eggship!

Based on the Mork & Mindy television series starring Robin Williams and Pam Dawber, this 3¾" figure was released by Mattel in 1980. The arms and legs were repaints of the Lt. Starbuck figure from the Battlestar Galactica line, but with a new torso and head sculpt.

The Egg Ship was flat underneath, allowing the ship to rest on a flat surface. The ship split in two, exposing the cockpit that the figure could sit inside.
