Great news for you gamers. Thanks to the fine folks at Del Rey, we're giving away
thirty (30) beta test codes for the upcoming
Star Wars: The Old Republic MMORPG.
To get into the beta, you must be one of the first thirty people to request a code using this form. Given how quickly I expect this giveaway to fill up, codes will be distributed to the lucky thirty in a few hours. If you get a code, you must redeem it (see below)
by 11:59pm CST today.
UPDATE: These codes went within about an hour. Sorry to everyone who didn't get one.
Instructions for key redemption:
1) Visit www.swtor.com/redeembetacode and login to your Star Wars: The Old Republic account or create a new one and opt-in to the game testing program (www.swtor.com/tester).
2) Redeem your Beta Testing Code.
3) Enter your code prior to 11:59PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME on Friday, 11/18/2011.
4) You will receive an invite with your gameplay dates at a later time. Invites will be sent to the email address associated with your Star Wars: The Old Republic account.
