Which Vintage ESB Fett?

A new Probe Droid is on the hunt; its mission, to find which "vintage" version of Boba Fett fans want most. Assuming Hasbro eventually adds an Empire Strikes Back Boba Fett to their Vintage Collection, should the figure reflect the character’s appearance on screen, or the original action figure (which is based on a pre-production version of the costume)?
