Well almost. The polybagged First Order General (5004406) has appeared on the Toys "R" Us website for $4.99. Unfortunately it's currently listed as out of stock, so keep checking back. We'll be doing the same and will update this post as soon as new information arrives.

UPDATE: Aaaannnndddd it's gone. The link above now states that "No promotion specified/No products found."
