Amazon has reached out to us with an update on the shipping inconsistencies of their Hasbro exclusive Slave I. Moving forward all Slave I vehicles will ship with the white Hasbro-branded mailer and an outer shipping box. Anyone who received a Slave I that went out before the correction can request a replacement without question. If you are affected, contact Amazon Customer Service via phone at 1-888-280-3321 or chat from the site, explain the situation, and a replacement will be issued. There's no need to cancel orders, mark the order as a gift or otherwise. Even better, this situation has opened discussions at Amazon on re-examining how certain items, such as collectible toys, are shipped.
