Points of Interest:

Emperor Palpatine is a repack of 2005's ROTS Palpatine III-35. This time around, he comes with the lightning effects from 2003's SAGA The Emperor 03-30 and the robe from the The Sith Evolutions set.

Commander Thire is a repaint of the figure from 2005's ROTS Clone Trooper Evolutions set.

Although Commander Thire wore identical armor to the rest of the Shock Troopers onscreen, this figure is most likely inspired by a scene from beyond the movie.
