Originally intended to support the 3D release of Attack Of The Clones, the green Yoda packaging was featured for both the Movie Heroes and The Clone Wars lines. Following the decision to indefinitely postpone further episodes of the Star Wars saga in 3D, both lines saw a relatively limited release in international markets outside of the U.S., including Canada and Europe.
Movie Heroes was one of Hasbro's three basic figure lines that were released in Darth Maul packaging, with the design being used across many licensees, all in support of the release of The Phantom Menace in 3D.
