In a
recent report, we uncovered that the
X-Wing Racer -a new convertible vehicle in the popular
Galactic Heroes line- is a repaint of the TONKA Truck Adventures vehicle known as
Dunes.
Rebelscum readers Dave and Kevin point out that it looks like
Dunes was inspired by an old Kenner toy from the MASK line called
Firefly! Check out these images of the old toy that inspired the new vehicle. Obviously, there are differences, but it's interesting to see the same concept adapted into the
Star Wars universe.
