There is nothing unusual about this year's display. Every year, as far back as we can remember, Hasbro has started their San Diego Comic-Con display with items that have already been revealed and items that have either just hit shelves or are just about to.

That said, this display is the first to have the new multipacks and the exclusive Vintage Collection vehicles on display. As you can see, Hasbro has found a way to get the previously revealed Droid Factory build a droid figures, so if you, like us, avoided spending too much money on eBay your patience has paid off! Stay tuned for more images and information as the summer's largest pop culture event gets in to high gear.

Our 2013 San Diego Comic-Con coverage is sponsored by Factory Entertainment. Head on over to their site to have a look at all the cool stuff they offer!

Moving into our nineteenth year of shooting Star Wars collectibles, we pause for a moment to consider legacy. Our photography is obviously recognizable because of the blue background, but looking further back, especially after we published The Man Who Shot Luke Skywalker galleries last December, we've put our minds to offering more classic Kenner backgrounds to our galleries. Follow this link to have a look and then let us know if you'd like to continue to explore this train of thought.
Focus on the Rebelscum legacy and keep it blue.
I love the nod to Kenner's history. I'd love to see Rebelscum embrace a more colourful vision.
