As always, Disney will be offering some amazing collectibles options for this years Star Wars Weekends. After first giving us the 2012 Carbon Freeze-Me Carbonite block and 2013 Stormtrooper statue, attendees can now schedule to have their face scanned and made into either an Alderaan Princess or X-Wing Pilot. According to the Disney Parks Blog, the regular 7-inch statues ($99.95 each, plus shipping and applicable sales tax) will be available like we've seen the past two years, but for 2014, they are also offering a giant 16-inch statue ($1,499.95 each, plus shipping and applicable sales tax)!

For those that missed out on the Carbonite Block or Stormtrooper, Disney is offering both again this year. Additionally, the Alderaan Princess and Carbonite Block will be offered in a smaller size for children AND...news is coming about how attendees from last year can have their same image used again this year for another statue. Of course, anyone that participates will receive a cool Star Wars Weekends button.

To make your reservation, call 407-WDW-TECH (407-939-8324). This unique offering will only be available during Star Wars Weekends taking place May 16–18, May 23–25, May 30–June 1, June 6–8, and June 13-15).

Poll
Now that you've seen the prototypes of Hot Toys' upcoming Movie Masterpiece Series MMS261 Han Solo and MMS262 Chewbacca 1/6 scale figures, our ever inquisitive Probe Droid is tasked to find out whether you are going to collect the line.
Hot Toys had me at "Hello There"
1/6 scale collecting has just lept forward. I'm in!
I hope the actual products are better than the prototypes, and if they are I'm interested in collecting this line.
This will be my first venture into the realm of 1/6 scale collecting...
I'm a 1/6 scale collector, but I'm not interested.
I'm not a 1/6 scale collector, so no, I won't get into this line (yet).
